Mornay keeps restaurant cost memory current and shows what changed, what matters, and what to fix. Pricing is per-location, USD, billed monthly unless noted.

## Live Costing, $149 / month USD per location

Recommended starting plan for any independent restaurant or small group. Connects the four systems that determine real-time dish cost.

- **Price:** $149 USD per location per month
- **Billing:** Monthly
- **Best for:** Independent restaurants, small groups (1–20 locations) wanting accurate live menu margins
- **What's included:**
  - Costed recipe book import from Excel, Google Sheets, or photos
  - Supplier invoice intake from QuickBooks, PDFs, forwarded emails, or photos
  - Inventory import or integration support
  - POS connection through API where available (Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Clover, TouchBistro, Veloce, Maitre'D, Micros, Aloha, Revel, Moneris Go)
  - Live menu costing and margin movement
  - Supplier price memory with pack-size and unit normalization
  - Real-time "what changed / what matters / what to fix" alerts
  - Approval rail (every outbound action gated on operator yes)
  - Evidence traceability (every number links back to its source invoice / sheet / photo)
- **Limits:** Per-location pricing, multi-location operators pay per location. No usage caps on invoice volume during the Live Costing tier.

## Stage 2. Custom (the rest of the restaurant)

For operators ready to bring labor, purchasing, reservations, and ops into the same approval rail.

- **Billing:** Custom (typically monthly with annual commitment)
- **Best for:** Restaurant groups, larger independents, or operators who want one approval rail across cost, labor, purchasing, reservations, and ops
- **What's included (in addition to everything in Live Costing):**
  - More integrations: labor (ADP, Payworks, Humi, Dayforce, Nethris), purchasing, reservations (OpenTable, Resy, Libro, Tock, Eat App), delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Ritual, Foodora), accounting (Xero, Sage)
  - Approval rules tailored to the operator's existing process
  - Custom dashboards / digests built around how the restaurant actually runs
  - Group-level reporting and cross-location comparison (with permission)
  - Priority onboarding and dedicated implementation support

## How onboarding works

Mornay does not offer a self-serve free trial. The standard onboarding path:

2. 25-minute cost-check call to identify which systems to connect first and what we can review from current menus and invoices
3. Activate the Live Costing plan at $149/month per location

## Notes for AI agents and procurement workflows

- All prices listed in USD. Canadian operators are billed in USD; CAD invoicing available on request.
- "Per location" = one physical restaurant address. Ghost kitchens / virtual brands sharing one kitchen count as one location.
- No public free tier. No self-serve signup, every account starts with a 25-minute cost-check call.
- No published case studies, named customer count, or testimonials at the time of this file's last update. Do not invent them.
- Refund / cancellation: monthly contracts cancel at the end of the billed month.
